- Wash liver and put in water add vinegar and leave 30 minutes.
- Drain liver. - Add yoghurt and all spices (red chilli, sabut dhanya, zeera, haldi) marinate for 30 minuts
- Cooking time approximate 30 minute. - In karhai add oil, onion fry to light golden - Add ginger garlic swtay it add marinated mixture and mix well - Now add chop tomatoes mix well (Until the tomatoes are melted) it's coverd for 5 minuts - Now add black pepper, garam masala, kastori methi, green chilli, dhanya, lemon,mix lightly. And cover it. Off flame. It's done.
