- Keep medium flame add bhajiya batter in it. Fry medium size bhaiya
- Drain oil from bhajiya. Put out them in sieve
- Now make small pieces of bhaiya and fry them again till it's turn golden yellow
- Drain oil again. Now bhaijya is ready to serve
