- To make Spaghetti Aglio Olio E Peperonico, boil a large pot of water and add approx 5 tsp salt and 1 tbs oil to it.
- When the water comes to a rolling boil, add in the spaghetti.

- Immediately add the cooked spaghetti and toss. If you find it drying, you can again add in some of the reserved pasta water.

- Heat a pan and add the olive oil and the butter to it.
