- Place the spring in a pre-heated oven @ 200°C for 4 minutes, poke it again with a fork and bake it an other 4 minutes.
- Slice the mushrooms, dice the unions and bake them in a pan. Together with the broccoli and the bacon.
- When done with cooking, mix the cheese, crème fraiche and the beaten eggs.
- Add the salt, pepper and garlic
- Poor it all in the spring.
- Bake it in the oven for approx 30min at 200°C.
