- Dunk in diced tomatoes yellow & red bell pepper. Give a good mix.time to add tomato ketchup salt & pinch of sugar. Mix well.Do not close or overcook the veggies. Keep it crunchy.
- Finally add cottage cheese or Paneer.cook for a min.Its ready to serve.Relish it with hot roti or rice.
