  1. Firstly 4 green cardamom and black pepper powder take a crushed it or coarser blend it keep it a side
  2. Now take a bowl put mutton keema, kaleji and properly twice wash it
  3. Now heat the cooker with mustard oil then add remaining green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, cumin,bayleaf stir and crinkled it
  4. Then add onion saute it becomes translucent then add mutton keema and kaleji mix it properly now add turmeric powder to taste salt stir and mix well
  5. Now cover and cook for 1o min on medium flame
  6. When keema turns nice brown in colour then add garammasala powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger, prepared black pepper powder, garlic stir and mix it properly then add chopped tomatoes again mix it well
  7. Now again cover and cook for 5 min when spices separates till oil
  8. Then add green peas, as required water mix it well now pressure cook up to 2whistles then turn on the lower flame and agian cook for 5 min
  9. Now turn off the flame and let it cool down then open the lid and add meet masala powder, coriander leaves,pure ghee mix it properly
  10. Now it is ready for serve u can enjoy it chapati or rice
