  1. Add oil in pan
  2. Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry.
  3. Add crushed zeera and crushed coriander and mix well.
  4. Add Kaleji and fry well and add all dry spices and fry till water dry.
  5. Add yoghurt and dam for 10 minutes in low heat.
  6. Kaleji is tender and water is dry then add kasuri Methi, lemon juice and Garam Masala Powder.
  7. Serve hot with roti or naan.
