Now in pan heat oil and put aesofotedia cumin and mustard seeds and fenugreek seed and let it crackle…..Now put ginger, garlic green chilli paste and dry Masala…and let it cook….then make slurry of leftover split urad by adding water in flowing consistency….and add it to the pan and add salt and let it boil
  3. After it boils for 15 minutes add wadas and cook till wadas soften
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice
