  7. Make ready a pinch Turmeric powder

  11. Prepare 3 tbsp Oil

Cover the pan of oil with a frying screen to avoid getting burned by spatters of oil that will pop out as the livers fry. Fry the liver from one side for a minute and then turn it to the other and keep it some more time in the pan. To identify the right time when it's ready, you can prick it and the liver should let some juice out. If it still bleeds, you need to fry it some more time.

Steps to make Liver fry:
  1. Marinate Liver with ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and salt. Keep it for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil, when hot add cinnamon stick.Then add  onions and green chillies. Once they are fried add dill leaves.
  3. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add red chilly powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder.
  4. Again saute for 2 minutes. Add chicken liver. Mix well and cover the pan. Let the liver cooks in its own water.
  5. It make take about 10 minutes for liver to cook. Once all the water is evaporated and liver changes its colour to dark brown it means its almost done.
  6. Fry for another 2 minutes so the liver cooks 100 %.

But if you prefer it raw, you can stop cooking. Chicken livers are easy to fry in a non-stick frying pan with olive oil. Chicken livers with onions is a delicious, economical meal. When done, remove from skillet and place on a brown paper bag or wire rack to drain. Sprinkle lightly with additional salt and black pepper if desired for added flavor.
