  1. Grease two cake tins and line with greaseproof paper and preheat oven to: 180°C / 350°F / Fan 160°C / Gas mark 4.
  2. Add Cake mix into a bowl and add in eggs, oil, and cold water.
  3. Mix until smooth and combined
  4. Spread evenly between ​both cake tins. Tap down hard a few times to remove air bubbles.
  5. Place into preheated oven for 15-20 mins. To know if they're ready, stick a toothpick into the middle and if it comes out clean, it's ready.
  6. Now to make Frosting, take your Frosting Mix into a bowl and add in your butter and hot water.
  7. Mix and place into piping bag.
  8. When cake is ready, take out of tin and leave to cool for 5 mins.
  9. Now assemble your cake and decorate however you like.
