- Slowly slowly in batches pour mixture and let it fry until it become golden brown.
- Take out ghevar and spread some sugar syrup let it keep aside for 5 min.
- Now in one third consistency milk add sugar, cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits.
- In ghevar garnish some rabdi enjoy ur crunchy tasty ghevar.
