  3. In a heavy bottom pan put this cooked moong dal and add sugar and mix well, put this on heat and cook for sometime so that it became thick ball like consistency. Then remove from heat and allow it to cool
  4. Make small of the moong dal mixture. take dough small lemon size using oil,spread that dough, put stuffing inside and seal it on all the side like we do it for aloo paratha.
  5. Take small ziplock cover, grease it with oil then place the stuffed ball and press it lightly with hand and make chapathi
  6. Heat tawa and place this chapathi on it and roast on both side by applying ghee. serve hot
