- Wash and soaked dal for 10 minutes.
- Then pressure cook, add water and turmeric powder, salt cook till soft.
- (For seasoning) Take a nonstick pan add 1 tbsp oil add cumin seeds fry for a second add hing and chopped onion saute till brown add chopped tomato and green chilli stir cook well.
- Then add, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder stir well.
- Then add cooked dal mix and Cook for 5 minutes Remove from heat.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
