  1. Get 2 pieces Bone Marrow
  2. Get 1 Lettuce

  1. Preheated oven at 180°C
  2. Slice the bone marrow into half season with salt and pepper and put it inside the oven bone side down as the marrow faces up cook for 20mins till it's golden
  3. Cut the vegies into julliene for the garden/side salad
  4. Just before bones are ready, whisk together olive oil,lemon juice salt and pepper drizzle dressing over the salad mixture until leaves are just coated.
  5. Put roasted bones, parsley salad, salt and toast on a large plate. To serve, scoop out marrow, spread on toast, sprinkle with a tiny bit of salt and top with parsley salad.
