Steps to make Bhaji Cone:
- In wide vessel take Maida. - Add salt, carom seeds, 1 teaspoon oil and add water and knead a tight dough. After kneading add 2 teaspoons oil,knead again.
- Divide dough into 5 equal pieces and make dough balls. - ake dough ball on rolling board and dust with dry all purpose flour and roll with rolling pin to make 7 to 8” circle. It should be little thick.
- Cut down circle in to two half circles. - Take one half circle and apply water on edges of it. - On cone mould stick half circle to give cone shape.
- Heat oil in the pan and fry cone with mould till it becomes little pink in colour. - Unmould cone as you take it from oil.unmould cone care fully as it can be broken and it would also be hot. - Cone is now ready.
- Boil potatoes and all green vegetables in one pressure cooker - Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies and saute till golden brown. Add boiled vegetables and stir.
- Stir in the pav bhaji masala, turmeric, tomatoes, capsicum and salt. Add slit green chillies and water and mix it well. Cook for 5 minutes. - Mash the vegetables till they are little pulpy.
- Add lemon juice. - fill the bhaji in empty cone, serve with masala peanuts, ketchup, cheese and green chutney,grated cheese and pomegrante seeds.
- Serve immediately.
