- After the Onions get translucent done, add Mince and the other ingredients as well. Add Salt too according to one's own taste. Add all the mentioned spices too. Saute until the raw smell fades away. Cover and cook on a low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Do not add water.
- After 15 minutes, add Capsicum Cubes and Green Peas if adding. Mix well and simmer for 5-10 more minutes. Do not cook much as the Capsicum should retain it's crunch yet it shouldn't be raw. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot alongside any meals of the day.
