Meanwhile take a wok and add purified butter in it and melt on low heat… During all process flame shud be medium to low… Now add vermicellies and bhoonofy for 2 to 3 minutes then add dessicated coconut… Stir spoon continuously and bhoonofy until get light aroma…it will take more 1 to 2 minutes only…
  3. Now mix jaggery syrup and milk powder…. And pour into vermicellies…. Still cook on low flame without covering lid….. While it will be cook for 3 to 4 minutes
  4. After 3 to 4 minutes just add more powder milk (optional), cardemom powder, lemon juice and kewra water…. Stir constantly for more 1 to 2 minutes…..
  5. Finally add crushed almonds and leave for more 2 to 3 minutes…. If you like sogy then turn off the heat if like dry then leave on low flame for more few minutes… Then turn off the heat…. Garnish with almonds… Serve hot with tea or after meal and enjoy…you Will love it… Powdered milk with lemon turned into like khoya…. You will have delicious vermicellies….
