  4. When water evaporate.mbeef mince tender.then add potatoes 4 large cut in cubes.
  5. Fry potatoes with beef mince for 5 minutes.
  6. Ass 1/2cup water cover and cook until potaoes tender.
  7. Now add green chillies thinly chopped.
  8. Serve hot with naan and qulcha
