  5. Brush pastry with coloured egg, place on wet baking sheet place in oven, cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked
  6. Brush again with egg, return to oven for 2 minutes to set egg.
  7. Place on wire rack to cool.
  8. When completely cold stuff with either egg mayonnaise or squeezy cheese
  9. Place 1 or 2 sprigs of parsley in top to resemble leaves.
  10. Serve.
