- Mix the marinade ingredients together on a bowl. Honey, mango chutney, Cumin
- Peppers stir to mix.
- Lay the chops on an oven tray with parchment paper on the bottom. Lay the chops on the paper and cover with the mix all over them both sides. Cover with tin foil.leave for 2 hours or more.
- Add the chops with the foil on to a preheated oven 180°C for 20 minutes then turn them over the put back in the oven for 15 minutes near the end take the foil off for 3 minutes. Then serve
- Serve with Mashed Potato and petit poìs or any sweet peas and boilef Cabbage (i used sweet heat cabbage it has a lovely flavour.
