  2. In Qeema add salt, red chilli, turmeric, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, green cardamom, black pepper whole, cumin and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add 2 glass of water in it and boil until the water dries up.
  4. In a separate pan heat oil and add tomatoes, onions, green chillies and ginger slices.
  5. Fry them until the tomatoes becomes soft.
  6. Add in salt, red chilli powder and flakes, cumin and coriander powder. Fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Now add in boiled mince.
  8. Cook well until oil comes to the surface.
  9. Add all spice powder and fenugreek leaves.
  10. In the end garnish with fresh coriander and green chillies.
