- Heat your fry cooking oil and deep fry them.Make it in a ball shape or just roll it with ur hand.Deep fry,don’t over fry until it get too hard. Make sure the fire is not too strong.This doesn’t require long frying,just enough n done when the color change to golden n yellowish.and it is done.Happy try

I like kueh dadar.and I'm almost ashamed to admit that I like the cheaper ones that have not as much coconut/gula melaka inside.
