- Prepare a semi soft dough by adding the ingredients of covering.Cover and keep aside.
- Boil minced murton ina pan,addind red chilli powder,cumin powder and salt.
- Boil till soft.Dry remaining water.
- Add chopped onion,coriander leaves and green chillies.Mix and let ot cool.
- Make 8 equall portion of the dough.Roll each ball into a poori.
- Put 1 tbsp filling on one poori,fold the poori from middle,giving it a shape of half moon.
- Seal the edges of each samosa.prepare all insame manner.
- Heat oil in a kadahi/pan.Fry all samose on low-medium flame till golden.
- Take out and serve hot.
