The ingredients needed to make Sausage One Pan:
  1. Get 1 tbsp Veg oil. I leave this out as I have a fatless Zyliss pan
  2. Make ready 1 large onion
  3. Take 6 Sausages, flavour your choice
  4. Take 400 gms New Potatoes
  5. Prepare 150 gms mushrooms (optional)
  6. Make ready 1/2 pint Beef Stock
  7. Take 125 gms Passata (optional)
Steps to make Sausage One Pan:
  1. Cube or slice Onion and fry in oil. Add sausages and cook to colour outsides, turning. I cover with lid in between turns.
  2. Cube potatoes and mushrooms and add to pan
  3. Add stock & Passata and bring to boil. Turn down to a simmer and cover for about 30 mins. Check if potatoes are cooked.
  4. Take out sausages and cut into slices. Return to pan for 5 or 10 mins leaving uncovered. I sometimes add gravy granules if it needs thickening.
