  2. Mix the sausage meat with the thyme, parsley and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the meat into four sections.
  3. Place the flour on a plate, put the beaten egg in a bowl, and place the breadcrumbs on a plate.
  4. Dip the boiled egg into flour, covering completely. Wrap it in the sausage meat. Do this by flattening the sausage meat and slowly working it around the egg - be careful not to squeeze to hard!
