  2. Get 3 onions
  3. Take 2 leeks

  8. Make ready 1 tsp sugar
  9. Make ready 1 banana leaf
Steps to make Pepes Anchovy:
  1. Wash the anchovy. And then sliced red chilies, onions, leeks, lemongrass. Mixed together with anchovy and add sugar
  2. Cut into 3 part of bay leaf. Put into banana leaf (20x20) 1 sliced with 1 sliced galangal and take 1,5 tablespoonz of the mixture fish. Wrap it like this photo (pepes I called it)
  3. Boil water in a steamed pot. Put into steamed pot the pepes. Steam it for 15-20 minutes
  4. Voilaaa!!… Pepes Anchovy ready to serve.
