- Soak soya chunks in hot water for 5 minutes, squeeze and drain water
- Add oil to pan, add sliced broccoli and fry it for 3 minutes
- Add soya chunks and fry it for 3 minutes
- Add salt and pepper powder, cover the lid and fry for 2 more minutes
- Yummy soya and broccoli fry is ready😋
