- Crush the dates in mixer jar.
- Add few water drops to mix well and make fine paste (don't add too much water)
- As less water you can store shervani for long time
- Now add ghee in pan
- And then add dates paste and crushed dry fruits in it and mix properly and stir well for 4_5 minutes
- Now it's time to make shape of shervani
- First wrap a silver foil paper on hard board or paper
- Little warm dates paste is easy to shape
- Now by knife edge draw shape on dates layer. Remove extra parts from shape
- Make turbon, shervani dupatta, broch, sword from paste of dates
- Combine all on board and decorate with all dry fruits, poppy seeds and sweet Balls as per image
