  1. Assemble the Ingredients;
  2. Firstly grind dates and figs into coarse paste.
  3. Heat a pan and dry roast the poppy seeds for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
  4. Now take 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add cashewnuts almonds walnuts and pistachios.
  5. Roast on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Add dry coconut and roast 1 to 2 more minutes. Then transfer them in a bowl.
  7. Now add 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add dates and figs paste and roast for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Add roasted nuts and and 1 tbsp poppy seeds and mix well until everything is properly combined. Then form into a dough ball.
  9. Now spread the mixture into the greased baking tin.
  10. Garnish with rest of the poppy seeds.
  11. With spatula flatten in a tin until it looks fairly even throughout.
  12. Place tin in freezer for at least 2 to 3 hours.
  13. Remove from freezer and slice into bars.
