- Ab chicken, green chilli, capsicum or boiled egg Dal kar mix karein or flame off or dein
- Ab black pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, salt or coriander Dal kar mix karein or mixture ko thanda hony dein
- 1 tbsp maida or Pani mix or ke thick paste Bana lein
- Manda ki ek sheet lein us par mixture
- Sides fold karein
- Uper se fold karein
- Tightly roll karein
- End par maidy Ka paste lagakar chipka dein
- Oil garam kar ke pehly 1 minute slow flame par fry karein par flame Thora tez kar ke fry karein. ketchup or green raity ke sath serve karein.
