  8. Take tomato ketchup

  10. Make ready black pepper powder

Instructions to make Crispy Crunchy Cauliflower:
  1. Take a vessel pour water as we need to boil cauliflower florets. When water starts boiling add cauliflower florets, boil for 2 minutes. Drain water from it. Keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl add all florets, add 2 : 2 tbsp proportion maida and corn flour, coriander/parsley, salt, black pepper powder, ginger-chilli-garlic paste, mix well to coat all florets then take out and keep in another bowl.
  3. Now in same bowl in which our dry flour and masala is left, add more maida and corn flour in same proportion I.e. 4 : 4 tbsp, dahi, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper, salt, and water to make batter without any lumps. - Now take one by one florets, deep in batter to coat well remove from it and coat in bread crumbs. Make all like this.
  4. Now make Tangy Spicy Masala to sprinkle on fried florets. - Salt,red chilli powder, chat masala, black pepper powder, sugar powder.
  5. Heat oil, make sure it should not on very high flame otherwise bread crumbs will brown very fast, so fry in medium hot oil, till golden colour. - Take out from oil, sprinkle some coriander and tangy spicy masala on it.
  6. Now ready to serve. Enjoy Crispy Crunchy Cauliflower with tomato ketchup.
