- Ab ghewar banayege……Sabse pahle ek bowl me 1/4 cup ghee le usme ice cubes dal kar tab tak fete jab tak wo butter jesa na ho jaye
- Fir ice cubes nikal kar alag kar de aur bapas 1 min fete..ab isme dheere dheere maida aur 2 cup normal water milate jaye dhyaan rakhe lumps nahi aane chahiye
- Ab isme chilled water mix kar de.. aur 2 part me divide kar le ek part me vanilla essence mix karein…ab kisi bowl me coco powder le usme 1/2 cup water add karein aur achche se mix karein
- Ghewar ke batter ke bache doosre half part me coco powder ka batter mix kar de aur chocolate essence mix karein
- Ab ek gahara bartan le.. maine 1lt ka cooker liya hai..dhyaan rakhe baratan 6-7 inches deep hona chahiye nahi to fry karte time ghee bahar aa jayega.. Isme ghee dal kar tej garm karein
- Ab flame medium kar de aur ek tabsp coco mix batter dale upar hath karke mid me dheere dheere..ek dam se ghee jhag banke upar uthega.. fir jab ghee me bubbles kam ho jaye to next spoon batter dale.aur sath me chaku ki nok se beech me jagah banate jaye
- Is tarah 6-7 tbsp dale.ya aapko jitna mota ghewar banana..bt dhyaan rakhe ghewar ki motai talne wale ghee ke lable se neeche hana chahiye.. ab coco wale batter ke upar hi vanilla essence wala batter dale theek usi tarah..
- Batter ki Last spoon dalne ke bad flame slow kar de aur 3-4 fry karne ke bad chaku se aahista se ghewar nikal kar rakh de.. isi tarh bache huye batter ke bhi ghewar bana le
- 15 min ke liye ghewar rakh de taki extra ghee nikal jaye
- Ab 2 ghewar ko ek ke upar ek rakh ke unpar sugar syrup dale aur aur 15 min ke liye chor de taki extra sugar syrup nikal jaye
- Ab ghewar par chocolate syrup dale upar se chopped dry fruit and rose petals dal kar garnish karein…… Note :- Aap bina sugar syrup dale ese hi plain ghewar 15 days air tight container me store kar sakte jab khana to tab sugar syrup dale
