- Take Spinach Leaves washed well boil in hot water (2 glass) for 5 minutes cover with lid.then drain water and make a fine paste.
- Take Spinach paste in the bowl add Boiled and mashed potatoes,bread crumbs,corn flour,Red Chilli powder,Chaat Masala powder,roasted Cumin powder,Salt 1 tsp,dried Mango Powder-1tsp,garam masala powder and mix well.
- Take Paneer cuts in the thick rectangular shape slices.do the same with the Bread slices.take Paneer slice make a cut in the centre fill the stuffing.now apply green Coriander Chutney on one side and Tomato sauce on another side of the Paneer slice.now take bread slices and put both sides of the Paneer slice.
