- Now take sugar in a pan, put water in it, heat it on gas and let it rest for 5 to 6 minutes, then add cardamom powder in it, then take water in a bowl to check whether the syrup has come or not Once the syrup settles in the water, turn off the gas
- Then spread this syrup on the prepared ghewar and then fill it with slices of dried fruit. The ghewar is ready.
