  5. Furthermore take the prepared dough and make a small balls..after take 1 ball then Press and flattened the ball from palms. now stuff the mashed sweet potato mixture.
  6. Next cover and seal it properly with all sides. After gently press with hands. Repeat this method to remaining dough balls.
  7. Additionally dust or sprinkle the some needed flour to roll. Gently Roll it like a chapati and it should be as possible as medium thin and desired size.
  8. Now heat the tawa/Griddle. Once Tawa hot sufficiently. place the rolled paratha (Poli). When lightly small bubbles comes on the top of paratha now flip it.
  9. Then apply the ghee and roast both sides until brown spots appears. roast the Paratha's on medium flame. Repeat this process all rolled Paratha's.
  10. Now enjoy the stuffed sweet Potato Paratha (Sweet Potato Poli). Serve hot with Ghee.
