- Take Steamed LG Jasmine Rice

- Marinade Chicken with lemon juice for 10'. In a large wok with 1/2 cup of oil, heated, add the chicken pieces and stir fry. Browned on both side, don't overcook and then remove, drain, set aside. Steam Potatoes for 20'. Remove set aside.
- Put 1/2 cup oil,fry onion till aroma then add ginger,garlic,mushrooms, capsicum,cardamoms&stir fry for 4 minutes,then add tomatoes,celery, carrots, lemon leaves&lemon rind.Mix all.Add 100ml or more water it depends on individue,1 cube chicken bouillon, salt, black pepper and mix all& let it boil.Add the cooked potatoes&cooked chicken&mix all together,then turn down the heat&simmer 5', cover with the lid on.Test the seasoning.When meat is tender,add the coriander leaves&mix, cook 1'.Turn off
- Discard the lemon leaves. Scoop out the soup onto a large deep bowl. To serve with a bowl of steamed Jasmine rice or with Bread Rolls
