- Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. In a bowl, take 1/2 cup Malai and 1/2 cup powdered Sugar. Combine & Mix well with a spoon.
- Now slowly, add Maida(All-purpose flour) and mix it well to make a semi-thick consistency mixture. Do not put the entire Maida at once. Add few drops of Vanilla essence(or 1/4 tsp cardamom powder though optional). Mix well.
- Now pour the above mixture in a Piping bag and put nozzle of your choice.
- Grease and dust the baking tray with some flour. Pipe the above mixture in shape of cookies. Keep a distance of 1 inch between the cookies as during baking it'll rise.
- Bake it at 180°C for 8-10 mins or till the edges turn golden brown. Store it in an air-tight container!
