  5. Then flip the other side to make cone keep repeating these process untill all the chappatis are finished
  6. In a frying pan add in oil,when oil is hot put chappatis and fry them for two minutes on each side… don't over fry them cause we still want them to be chewy not to much crunchy
  7. When fully fried put in a coliander to drain out excess oil
  8. For the filling:place frying pan on a medium low heat, add oil, when the oil starts to sizzle add in minced meat and cook
  9. Keep cooking untill all the juice of the meat is almost finish,then add in curry,thyme,black pepper, Maggi, chopped bell peppers, chopped tomatoe,chopped onion,paste of scott bonnet,paste of ginger and garlic
  10. Cover and cook until all the veggies are tendered
  11. Then add the filling into chappati cones and enjoy….yum yum yum
