  1. First of all make slurry by adding water in maida
  2. Heat one spoon oil in a wok and add jeera as it turns brown add all masalas in it and stir
  3. Add mashed potato,green peas and raisins and mix nicely
  4. Add salt and mix it so that all masalas get incorporated in potato
  5. Let it cool down
  6. Cut sheet quarterly and apply slurry on the corners and fold it in cone shape..make all cones like this
  7. Stuff potato mix in it.
  8. Dip the potato side portion in slurry and deep fry it till golden brown at medium flame
  9. Apply sauce on upper portion and spread sev over it.Sev will get get on it and spread chopped coriander
