Instructions to make Tava Masala fish:
  1. Wash sliced of fish properly, apply salt over it and keep aside for 1/2 hour. Then coat with rice flour.
  2. Heat oil in tawa and fry fish pieces on both sides till crisp and done. Take out on plate.
  3. Now in same tawa keep 2 tbsp of oil and add nigella seed and methi seed. When spulter sauté ginger garlic paste and crushed green chillies.
  4. Add tomato paste and cook till leaves oil on surface.
  5. Add turmeric, coriander powder and needed salt, when slightly roast add fried fish with Some water, cover and cook for few minutes or until done, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
