  2. Prepare Oil

Steps to make Moong Dry:
  1. Soak the moong overnight.
  2. Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add garlic paste and asfoitida.
  3. Add soaked moong, add all masala and salt. Now add 3/4 glass water. Cover it and cook it on low flame. Do not open inbetween. After 15 minutes, check. If moong is not cooked, add some water and follow the process. Usually it will cook.
  4. Mix it gently. Serve hot after garnishing with coriander leaves.
