  2. Take 1.5 tbsp milkpowder
  3. Make ready 3 tbsp warm milk

  6. Make ready 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. Take 1/2 tsp cardamon powder
  8. Prepare As required oil for deep frying

Instructions to make Bread Gulabjamun:
  1. In a wide bottom pan, add 1 katori water and 1 katori sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame and let the syrup become a bit sticky.
  2. Now add cardamon powder. Mix well.
  3. Add lemon juice, so that there is no crystalisation of sugar.
  4. Now cut edges of bread slices. Grind it in the mixer.
  5. Now add milkpowder and cream. Mix well. Slowly add warm milk, and knead it to make a smooth dough.
  6. Heat oil in a kadai.
  7. Divide the dough into small round balls.
  8. Fry all the balls till golden brown.
  9. Add the warm balls into warm sugar syrup. Cover it with a lid and let them rest for 2hours. - Your bread gulabjamuns are ready.
