  1. Stuffing- In a pre-heated frying pan take finely grate coconut.fry till itturns brown.then add powdered sugar,add chopped cardmom powdered black pepper and clove to it and fry for 1 minute
  2. Preparation of dough-Heat milk and add 125g sugar to it.prepaire thick dough by gradually adding the wheat flourto it.it is important to go on atring as you slowly add the wheat flour,put the dough on a tray and khead well.
  3. Now make 15 to 20 ball of the dough by rolling them in the palms.then flatten each ball one by one and put the previously prepaired stuffing into it.close the flattened balls and give them a round shape.finally take desi ghee in a pan and fry the tounded ball till they turn brown.
  4. This pithas are ready to serve
