  2. Now add rai, curry leaves,dry chillies, hing and stir. Be quick at this step. When rai crackles add ginger and green chillies.
  3. Now add haldi, salt and red chilly powder. Now add rice and stir properly so that rice are coated with all masala. Cook for 2 min.
  4. Now add roasted peanuts and mix. Switch off gas and add lemon juice. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
