  1. Make ready 1 cup cashew nuts
  2. Take 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup water
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp ghee
  5. Get 1/4 tsp cardamon powder
Steps to make Kaju Katli:
  1. Take cashews n grind it in mixer jar (do not run for long) make a powder of it. Sieve the powder so that big chunks r sepereated.
  2. Heat a pan add water n sugar in it let the sugar dissolve. Add cashew powder to it keep the flame low. Stir continuously till it bcm dense consistency.
  3. Add cardamon n ghee n stir it till it bcm thick consistency. To check take some paste in spoon let it cool n make a ball. If it was ball then turn off the flame. Take it out in a plate.
  4. Greese a butter paper n put the paste flip it few times so it bcm cool. Roll it thin n give a diamond shape. Let it cool then remove from butter paper.
  5. Ready to serve.
