  7. Make ready 3-4 tsp chopped coriander leaves

  11. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  13. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  14. Make ready 3-4 tsp Oil or ghee
Steps to make Paneer Khurchan Masala:
  1. Cut the paneer in thick long pieces. Dip it in Luke warm water for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Take a heavy bottom wok. Heat oil. Add cumin seeds and green chillies. Let the cumin splutter.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute it on low heat for a minute. Add sliced onion and coriander leaves in it. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add sliced tomato, capsicum and all dry ingredients. Mix it well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame. Add 1/2 cup water in it. Allow it to boil.
  5. Add malai, mix it on low flame. At last add paneer. Mix it with masala. Without stirring Cook on high flame for for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Paneer pieces will become light brown and crispy and will stick from bottom Now scrape the paneer from the bottom (khurach khurach ke). Paneer khurchan masala is ready to serve.
