- Get 225 g digestive biscuits

- Stir in 100g melted butter
- Line a tin with the mix and pat down, chill for 15 mins in fridge
- Put 75g butter and the sugar in a pan and stir until sugars dissolved then add in milk and bring to a boil keep stirring
- Take base out of fridge pour on the caramel syrup you’ve just made pop back into fridge for 1 hour
- Top with banana and cream
- Serve
