- Make small balls from this mixture and press. Shallow fry in a pan till golden brown. Turn the side and fry again. Crispy tikki is ready.
- 3….saggo khichdi Take a pan. Put some ghee. Add diced potatoes, diced cottage cheese and 1 spoon of peanuts. Saute it. Add 5spoons of saggo, 1/2spoon salt, 1/3 spoon red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves. Stir well. Saggo khichdi is ready.
- 4….Sweet salty mixture Take a pan. Add 1spoon ghee. Then add 1 cup fulmakhana, 2spoons peanuts.. Roast well. Then add chopped dryfruits and coconut.. Saute well. Add 1/2spoon salt, 1/2spoon powdered sugar and 1/4 spoon black pepper powder. Saute well. Mixture is ready.
- 5…..Curd Take 1 bowl of curd. Stir it and add 2 pinch of salt and black pepper powder. Add mint leaves.
