  2. एक कढ़ाई लेंगे उसमें एक चम्मच तेल डाले हैं तेल में राय का तड़का देंगे और दो चार पत्ते कडीपत्ता डालेंगे उसके बाद भीगी भी चने की दाल डालकर हल्का सा भून लेंगे उसके बाद उसमें कटे हुए आलू कटी भी मिर्च डालकर थोड़ी देर के लिए फ्राई कर लेंगे
  3. जब आलू अच्छी तरह से पक जाएगा तब उसके अंदर सूची डाल देंगे और उसके बाद गर्म पानी डालकर अच्छी तरह से हिला लेंगे
  4. 4 मिनट पकने के बाद उसको उतार लेंगे और उपमा खाने के लिए तैयार है
