Steps to make Egg Cutlet:
  1. Mashed 2 boil egg and potatoes. Then add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, cornflower,chillies and other spieces. Mix all well.
  2. Divide other two eggs equally. Then make a ball with the mashed potatoes.
  3. Now roll the mashed potatoes with pam and stuffed one half egg into it. Then cover it fully. Keep the cutlet handy.
  4. Then in a pan add oil. Let it heat. In the mean time wrap the cutlet on a breadcrumb and deep into oil for frying.
  5. Fry both the side and serve hot.
